Navy sailor seeks clemency using the Clinton strategy

Petty Officer First Class Kristian Saucier <a href="http://www.politico.com/blogs/under-the-radar/2016/08/sailor-seeks-leniency-in-submarine-photos-case-by-citing-clinton-226995">took</a> photos from inside a nuclear sub in 2009 with no intent to sell them to an enemy. Still he took highly classified material outside of a secure location. Even though he only kept them for personal use he still violated federal laws. His defense attorney is now <a href="http://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000156-8cda-df7e-af77-9ddbfafa0002">using</a> the old Clinton strategy to try and get him clemency.

Do you think Petty Officer First Class Saucier should receive the same treatment as Clinton? He didn't have intent to sell the photos. Remember Comey said the Clinton issue does not set a precedent. I doubt this will work out for Petty Officer First Class Saucier since Clinton owns the FBI and he is a lowly slave.
