This is at Balamban, Cebu. It's "JVR Island in the Sky Resort", and it's known as the coolest resort in the place. It's temperature is like that of Baguio's that's why it's also nicknamed as the "Little Baguio" of Cebu. It's freezing cold at nighttime!
