The kitchens of this NGO have remained in the states of the country. Some of these are included in the world's largest kitchens. There are different floors for processing of food from final to final cooking and packing. Thousands of workers work every night in every kitchen.

Al starts at 3 o'clock, the job
- cooking starts here at 3 o'clock. In one unit approximately 7 tonnes of rice, 7 tonnes of vegetables and 2 tons of pulses are processed at one time.

- One kitchen of the foundation can cook 50 thousand to 1.5 lakh children at a time. On the other hand, all their kitchens in the country, together with 3 hours, have the capacity to make 15 lakh children's food.

- The biggest kitchen in this foundation is in Bengaluru and Hubli which can make food of 1.85 lakh to 2 lakh people.

So many vegetables are cut in a bar

- To cut vegetables, large cutters are also used, in which 500kg vegetables are harvested at one go. Vegetables are cut through the machines after reaching the second floor, where the cooking starts. This entire process is completed in 3 hours. After this the food is packed. Which in any case reaches the delivery vans between 6 am and 7 pm

Bio Fuel is used

- In this modern kitchen, cooked and processed with the help of giant machines, boilers and vacuum pumps. Bio Fuel is used especially to run these machines. As a biofuel, the waste products produced from the sugar mills are used here.
