Here are the things I learnt in the mass indoctrination.

When you're born again, you're a new creation, old things pass away.

You should avoid sins.
There are 2 kinds of sins:
Sins unto death and sins not unto death.

Sins against the holy spirit are not forgivable, example, blasphemy.
As recorded in Acts 15:28-29
"For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well."

As Christians, we should keep our bodies pure by avoiding fornication. Fornicating is to sin against our own bodies which is the temple of the holy spirit.

We shouldn't eat strangled animal because they still contain blood in them.

Foods offered to idols shouldn't be our choice for any reason. We should avoid them.

Our God is a God that has a son, other gods don't. So our God is different from their gods.
Jesus was in existence with the father before the foundation of the world according to John 17:24
"Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world."

Virgin Mary only gave birth to the body that dwelt the spirit of the son of God as we see in Hebrews 10:5
"Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me"

If other religions say their gods do not beget, ours does. This means our God is different from theirs.

So we should not eat foods sacrifice to their gods. Foods sacrifice to idols do defile someone as recorded in 1 Corinthian 8:7
"Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being weak is defiled."

Christians are prohibited from eating blood because it contains the life of living things. It's sacred and used for atonement for our sins.

Leviticus 17:10:
"And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people"
