While making Raita of Bundi, adding pinch of mint powder and a little sugar will increase the taste of Raita. - In the Raita, add asafetida and cumin seeds and add black salt. Its taste will increase.  - If the curd is more sour then add 1 spoon of sugar or one of the milk in it. - Mixing apple juice in place of water or milk in the yogurt curd, its test will be sour-sweet. - Smoke if raita or buttermilk is possible. Burn the mustard oil on the hair and put smoke on it.
