Hello Steemians and Dtubians,

Today’s video is about “Setting Up Realistic Goals for Life” After I got home and took a quick shower. A friend of mine called and was asking me about his website and specifically, how he could improve his “Conversions” or “Sales”. He informed me that his “End Goal” was to be rich. So I replied “Being Rich means different things to different people” So, we ended up deciding that his end goal was to establish “Financial Freedom”.

We talked for about an hour and then he was so happy that he had called and I had given him a lot of (What he considered) valuable information, a plan in which to use to proceed and a conversation with a friend who cared. I sent him a “Cheat Sheet” exactly like the one written below and I am sharing it with all of you as well.

I hope it brings you much success and I hope it helps you to achieve all of the goals that you may have in your life today. I truly believe that setting up “Realistic Goals” that are easier to obtain will help you to reach your “End Goal” much faster and with a lot less stress which is bad for anyone.

Setting up goals that seem easier to achieve will help you to be more motivated in achieving them. Peace and Godspeed everyone. May all your journey’s be successful and continue on for generations to come. Always love yourself because you deserve it. You are a miracle of life and if you wish to prosper in anything. Always prosper in peace, happiness, and love first.

To My Beautiful Fiance Vanja, Our Amazing Children, David and Angeles and all of our family in Norway, Thailand, Mexico and the USA. I love all of you with all my heart. Thank you for all the boundless love you give to me every day.

To all of you #steemians and #dtubians, @dtube, @steemit, and @adsactly. Thank you for all the beautiful comments. I truly am humbled by each one. And thank you for the amazing global platforms that allow us to share our life experiences, happiness, and love to the world and inspire others to do the same. Much love and respect to everyone I have mentioned here today.

Have a blessed evening. Love, @jeronimorubio

How to set realistic goals.

We all have things that we would like to have and achieve in life always. The best way to achieve these things we wish to is to set up goals for the near future. I am not talking about “Extremely Out of Reach Goals” but “Realistic Goals” that are easier to obtain. Setting goals and accomplishing them does more for you than you may know. It will definitely get things done but it will also build self-esteem, happiness and a state of well-being. And I think, myself, that setting realistic goals are much easier to obtain, much more motivating and can make you feel so much better about yourself than if you were to set your goals too high and fail time and time again. So here is a small “Cheat Sheet” that may help you to accomplish and set up those Realistic Goals you may need and have to reach your end goal. You can copy and paste it into a word document or a Wordpad Document. Enjoy.

Really think about what your “End Goal” needs to be.

This is where we will decide what our “Final Goal” will bring us. What we hope to accomplish in the end. So, we set up a bunch of “Realistic Goals” afterward in order to achieve the end goal.

We need to be very specific about what we really want.

If we only have “One Goal” in mind, then the specifics should all be built around that one goal. If we have several goals. Try to accomplish them on at a time with smaller realistic goals.

Now we really need to do the research.

If your goal is “Self-Esteem” or “Happiness” or “Financial Freedom”, do some research on the subject like reading “Written Articles” or watching “Videos”. There is so much information on the internet today that we can learn a lot for free.

Write down specifics from what you have learned and set up some simple step by step instructions.

This is very important. Make a list of all of these things that you have learned and then write out specific important things about each step.

Establish your commitment.

This is where we have decided that we will be 100% committed to accomplishing our goals. No turning back or giving up now. Just go for it.

Take a look at your personal limitations.

How much time do you have to commit to your goals? One hour a day? 3 hours a day? And then make a commitment to do it always.

Now take a look at your possible obstacles.

Family and friends are a big one here. Personal time and time with the one you love. Remember, these are also commitments that you must pay attention to as well. But, if you really want to succeed in your “Goals you have Set” for yourself, you may need to set aside some extra time to eat which may mean less time of the other commitments you have.

You may find it necessary to “Revise” your plan.

But that is just fine. Making sure that everything is in place and going according to your plan is the most important thing of all. So change the plan if you need to.

Now, set up your “Plan” and set it in stone.

Identify your plan, write it out with all of the specific necessities and make it happen.

Be sure to set a time frame for your smaller goals.

Set a time frame for each of your goals. This will help you to not only determine what specifically is working but what isn’t as well.

Now you have to get to work and be sure to keep Track your progress.

Always pay attention to what is working by keeping a close eye and notes on your progress. What does well and what doesn’t. Now just step and repeat what is doing well and build on it over and over again.
