Sometimes it is best to just move on.
It's a hard lesson to learn, that being that
You must pick your battles. 
There is no use fighting any battle that you 
Know from the outset you have little or no chance of winning.

Change is a necessary element in life.
This is another hard but necessary lesson to learn.

This does not mean we need to run from a fight, 
Or not fight for what we believe in.
To remain unchanged is to be stagnant.
Stagnation breeds ennui or worse.
Stagnant water breeds diseases and pestilence.

But moving on, changing etc brings with it
All manner of stresses as well.
It is said that: 
“Pain is good, as it lets you know you're alive”
I for one, can think of many more pleasurable
Ways to be reminded of my being alive.
