Trillions of U.S. Dollars of inflation will be hidden in crypto currencies. The biggest problem of the Federal Reserve, has been how to hide the Trillions of U.S. dollars that have been printed since 2008. The bond market and equity market (Wall Street) has absorbed some of this inflation so far. This explains the rise of the stock market among a true recession (that we never pulled out of) and high unemployment.  The bond market and stock market can only absorb so much. A new solution needed to be found.

In comes crypto currencies. Crypto currencies are a perfect place to hide trillions of inflated U.S. Dollars. This is the place that Central Banks have chosen to dump or hide hyper inflation. Very soon we will see $10,000.00 Litecoin, $100,000.00 Bitcoin, $8000.00 Ethereum and so on. This will seem fantastic at first to early crypto adopters. In time however, the true cost of inflation will be felt by the Western world economies. Your house may go from being worth $200,000.00 U.S. Dollars to $700,000.00 U.S. Dollars but gasoline, food and utilities will also be rising rapidly. As far as crypto currencies however, your house may be purchased with 100 Litecoin.

All assets will be valued in crypto terms very soon, not U.S. Dollars. A real estate agent will be listing your home for 100 Litecoins or 3 Bitcoins and not in dollars. You may be hired for a salary of 10 Litecoin a month or 20,000 Satoshies a month and not in dollars. If Credit cards are still around, you may swipe your credit card to buy a pair of shoes but not know that crypto currencies in the background are being used to settle the transaction.

The bottom line is that hyperinflation is coming. How will you protect yourself? One way is to be an early adopter of crypto currencies. The earlier you adopt, the more gains or returns you will see on your Fiat currency conversion. The longer you wait to convert from Fiat currency to crypto currency, the more you will loose in potential gains. Other options are physical metals, productive real estate, farm land, educating yourself, having needed skills and more.
