EOS is supposed to go live on June 3rd, 2018. It has had much enthusiasm and anticipation for over a year. It has been called the "Ethereum Killer" and more, but is it? Like many new tokens or currencies, the test of time will tell what it is made out of. New platforms have yet to be tested. Once launched, if there are any vulnerabilities, it will not take long for them to be exposed.

Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum have been around for some time now. All three have been tested severely and continue to be tested. EOS will be no different. Tests will come, once it is launched. As of recent, disturbing news has come out that it should be delayed to correct potential vulnerabilities.  BP Canada, a block provider of EOS, has a sight known as EOS Canada out of Montreal. The other day, they noted concerns about launching EOS on June 3rd if certain software patches have not had time to be thoroughly tested.

notice at the 45 minute mark there are concerns about the platform being able to handle 100,000 transactions or more. The panel also discuss not wanting a code drop on June 1st. This is troubling. Is EOS ready? I am not so sure. Remember, if you have EOS tokens, you must register them before June 1st or you will loose them. 

It is very important to educate yourself about EOS if you own it. EOS Canada's You Tube channel is a good source to be up to speed on the latest news regarding the development of the platform token. I hope all goes well with EOS because of the bad press it would bring to the industry if it does not. I personally do not own any EOS. I try to stay neutral with coins and tokens and not speak ill will towards any. Bitconnect was one that I warned of concerns but even then I was professional and did not do any mud slinging. 

I stayed away from EOS simply because of who was involved.
