I get up pretty early in the mornings, after a comforting rest, however, I don't like to exercise that early, I'm more of a get up, get cleaned up, a good cup of coffee, eat, read, before going to work, and in the evenings when I get home from work is that I exercise for a while, I'm just getting started. # The truth is that I prefer the afternoons. But there are friends who say that the morning is the best time to exercise, and they usually get up very early to do it, after the exercise, eat, and get ready to go to work, they tell me that they start the morning with great energy, and when they do not do it in the morning, they feel that the day does not give them the same, that they do not feel as energetic as when they exercise before leaving home.

[Src](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/ver-baloncesto-el-deporte-activos-1663246/)

So, my question is *What would be the best time to exercise?*. Well, the truth is that I have been reading about it because I thought it was interesting to know, and I have found a lot of information, which could even be confusing or difficult to digest, so I will state what I think about it, without the intention of giving definitive opinions, just my humble opinion as a reader and *shall we say-* that writer or blogger. People exercise for different reasons, I could say that most people do it to lose weight, others, to keep fit, there are even those who do it for the simple reason that they enjoy doing it. I, in particular, do it because I need to be active, my job is somewhat sedentary, and if I get home and keep on doing the same thing, some diseases could come to me, and it's not something I want at all.

[Src](https://pixabay.com/es/photos/el-deporte-reloj-para-trotar-tiempo-3874743/)

The time at which people exercise is not clear to what extent they can determine a result, but what I have for sure, is that each person adapts the time to exercise to several factors, one of them is their work and the schedule they have available, the other is whether they are early risers or not, although I usually get up early, it is not something that makes me exercise in the mornings. It is also determined by what each person is looking for, for example, if someone wants to lose weight and build muscle mass, they can do some cardio in the mornings, and in the afternoons they do weights. So, I don't think there is a definitive answer, in this there is a personalization of the hours, which leads each one to achieve what he/she is looking for.
