## Toda transformación en el desarrollo personal es necesario contar con un mentor del cual absorber su sabiduría y recibir el apoyo en este camino de transformación y crecimiento, a la hora de elegir un mentor ¿cómo lo hacemos? ¿Cómo aprovechamos al máximo esta relación para ser transformados?.

|Para elegir el mentor siempre debemos buscar a alguien que represente el éxito que nosotros buscamos ya que es el tipo de mentalidad que buscamos adoptar, el mentor debe ser ese modelo en cuanto a los logros que nosotros deseamos alcanzar su actitud debe ser un ejemplo para nosotros y así nos inspirará a desarrollar nuestro máximo potencial. Si es un mentor con el cual vamos a establecer una relación debemos buscar la retroalimentación constructiva, de esta manera podremos identificar las áreas en que debemos desarrollar y mejorar, recordemos que todo esto que estamos haciendo es para nuestro crecimiento y desarrollo personal.
