A few years ago I had an economic drone, a "Syma x-5c" I had bought it to experience that of taking pictures from the heights and having that feeling of being in the air and seeing everything from another angle.

When I started using it, I realized that I only stored the images and video in the camera's memory and in a lower quality than a webcam of the '90s.
After using it for about 5 hours for about 3 months, two engines stopped running unexpectedly. After taking it to the technical service and after 5 months they tell me that it has no repair, I decided to sell it as a spare part.

I interviewed the buyer, turned on the drone and showed him the functions he still had. I bought it at 75% of the value I had paid and he told me that he had had a phantom 3 but because of a strong wind he lost a signal and got lost, now he used to buy used drones and repair them.
*"What a fool, how to fly a drone when there is a wind or to push it farther away from the account?* -I thought.

A few days ago I edited a video with the images I had from the current Drone (You can see it here and in passing a vote [Link](https://d.tube/#!/v/jhelbich/wrvad0no)), since then I've been watching techniques that allow me to improve shots and more.
Today, already in practice (here Sunday still), I decided to try some video techniques with the drone as a result you can see the print of my cell phone where the images were transmitted.

Apart from having that nice feeling that transmits the images I fulfilled the feat of raising it to that height and get beautiful views.
As I had NOT inserted the SD memory into the drone I was not recording video, and I took advantage of taking it a little further.

Here you can see that the distance is now 472 meters. In the specifications clarifies that if there are antennas or elements that produce some interference may lose signal, with the desire to go further forgot the FM radio antenna that is 200 meters from home.
And another thing: the programmers of DJI sure that they have foreseen some situations and for that reason they programmed the drone of such form that when it loses signal or has low level of battery activates RTH (Return to home). In my case I canceled the warning and ordered it to move a few meters further ... (A few more meters).

At that time lost signal, I moved to different parts of the yard and ... NOTHING ... Did not reconnect ...
It was moving the antennas of the control .... Until: It was disconnected totally, in that same moment * I REMEMBER * to whom I had sold my drone, I remembered that I was not recording video (As to see the place of the descent), I gave up 600 u $ s.
I was left with the command and a static image from the heights in black and white as if it were a "Portrait of an announced death". I could not believe that by my whim I went further I had run out of DRONE!

Then I breathed and on the cell phone when entering the option "Find my drone" I recovered my breath.

I grabbed my bike and went in search of my ship, I was looking for my 600 ... it had been 7 blocks (The longest)
At about 50 meters from the reference point I accelerated and looked through the houses, if I saw strange movement or if I heard comments, when I decided to look at my phone again I realized that it had happened to me, I quickly returned, and I found this ... ..
In that instant I breathed, my thoughts settled and my heart beat normally again.
