Thanks very much for writing this article, it made setting up my NEO wallet very easy :)

I am wondering.. it seems NEO is not divisible so i can only send 1 or 10 units at a time.

Is that the same for the gas, can we take out small fractions or do we need to wait until its 1.0 gas exactly?
