Drop Set Strength Day - My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2021

Although I was working out on fumes, I had a great workout today. Today’s template included drop sets and I love a strength day before a rest day, when it lines up that way.

Tuesday July 27th 2Group 60minute Strength Session 

Floor block 1

•	⁠300m row (only once, first 150m slow spm)
•	⁠chest press drop set 4/12
•	⁠TRX bridge row X 12

Floor block 2

•	⁠200 row (only once, first 100m slow spm)
•	⁠hip hinge reverse grip low row drop set 4/12
•	⁠TRX roll out X 12

Floor block 3

•	⁠bicep curl drop set 4/12
•	⁠TRX chest press X 12

Tread block 1, 7.5mins

% = incline 

•	⁠2 min push
•	⁠90s base
•	⁠1 min base @2-4% 
•	⁠1 min push
•	⁠1 min base
•	⁠30s push @ 6% or greater
•	⁠30s all out (1%)

Tread block 2, 6.5 mins

•	⁠90s  push
•	⁠1 min base
•	⁠1 min base @3-5%
•	⁠1 min push
•	⁠1 min base
•	⁠30s push @6% or greater
•	⁠30s all out (1%)

Tread block 3, 5.5 mins

•	⁠1min push
•	⁠1 min base
•	⁠1 min base @4-6%
•	⁠30s push
•	⁠1 min base
•	⁠30s push @6% or greater
•	⁠30s all out (1%)

Looking forward to resting tomorrow, but a day off from working out; not from being active.
