One day away from completing this season's [OTF HELL WEEK](https://www.orangetheory.com/en-us/articles/highway-to-hell-week/) and Tiffany and I got in Day Seven at our home studio - *OTF NONA NORTH* and the workout was managed by one of our favorite coaches who just returned after leaving the franchise not too long after the pandemic.

Coach Arnoldo brings that extra burst of energy and positivity that motivates the members to push through even when you are running on fumes.

Honestly, after the 90 minute session yesterday, I left a lot under the orange lights yesterday and this morning was rough getting through the running block, which was a 23 minute run for distance. My knee just barked all the way through, but somehow I ran 2 1/2 miles. Outside of that, the template wasn't as brutal as the previous six,  but it's still Hell Week.

With today being Sunday Funday, the electricity was definitely on point and although, I struggled a bit, I still burned 738 calories along with that two and a half mile run the level was still at beast mode.

Must I add, that I'll deal with a knee issue over all the other stuff that has set me back the last two years from the COVID ordeal, to the hamstring pull and the recent car accident with some permanent injuries from that, to a knee issue here and there. I'll keep working out until I can't.
