It was a very nice long weekend and although it's the one holiday, Tiffany, her boys and I don't really do anything spectacular, it serves as that pitstop before the rest of the year plays out.

This upcoming Thursday the NFL American Football season begins and that is one of my favorite times of the year, it also means Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years is coming as well as Tiffa's birthday and this year we will be eloping in November her birthday month. 

There is also a weekend to celebrate my cousin's birthday in two weeks at Clearwater Beach and a baby shower to celebrate another upcoming baby to the family as my niece is going to have a girl after having two boys.

Tiffany and I had an excellent comeback with our workouts last week and got through our first back to back sessions this past Sunday and yesterday. Five HIIT workouts after three months of recovery has been amazing.

We already have a couple of running events that had been scheduled, with a couple more to be scheduled for the next few months and the first one of the running season coming in October. 

Of course, it being a holiday weekend and although we are back to our workout routine, Tiffany and I knew there will have to be some cheat day expansion from just cheat day Saturday.

Our workout Sunday was in Clermont and there is this place where Tiffa likes to get coffee and I like to get one of their *Artisan Waffles* options *Not-So-Plain-Jane Waffle* at **[JUST LOVE COFFEE CAFE](https://justlovecoffeecafe.com/clermont/)** and I went with the Peanut Butter as my add on. YUM. Of course, I took a picture of my breakfast. Tiffany had the breakfast burrito and honestly, the photo wasn't as enticing as my breakfast choice lol. Wasn't worth uploading it to this post, but she did enjoy her breakfast and of course got a taste of mine.
