<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Descanse el fin de semana, tenía la mañana libre y decidí ir a intentar algunos estáticos, estoy entrenando muy fuerte, para mejorar lo más que pueda para la competencia copa hive en diciembre, no puedo perder tiempo de entrenamiento y debo seguir planificando me bien, en esta mañana hice intentos de full plancha y probé cosas en el front lever, hoy en la noche me toca entrenar la plancha para fortalecer aún más, voy a hacer algunos ejercicios de tríceps porque es un músculo que debo fortalecer para tener más tranque en mis planchas.

I rested over the weekend, had the morning free, and decided to go and try some static holds. I am training very hard to improve as much as I can for the Hive Cup competition in December. I cannot waste any training time and must continue to plan well. This morning I attempted full planks and tried some front lever moves. Tonight I will train planks to get even stronger. I will do some triceps exercises because I need to strengthen that muscle to get more power in my planks.

En cuanto al Front lever debo seguir entrenando y fortaleciendo los los músculos bases para el front, lo entreno, martes y jueves método que me funciona muy bien, y la plancha la entreno el lunes suave, el miércoles fuerte y el viernes debería entrenarla fuerte también, en cuanto al free trataré de hacerlo los días que me sienta bien de mi dedo, pero antes de la rutina, en los días de plancha y Front trataré de meter ejercicios específicos para algunos músculos que debo fortalecer, ejemplo el tríceps, abdomen, lumbar, bíceps, estoy mejorando de nuevo pero no debo emocionarme mucho ya que solo es el comienzo, en unas semanas se vendrá una mejor versión, mejorare lo más que pueda para competir siendo lo más completo posible, con dinámicos, estáticos, movimientos de poder y buenos combos de elite en Venezuela.

I train it on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a method that works very well for me. I train the plank lightly on Mondays, heavily on Wednesdays, and I should train it heavily on Fridays as well. As for the free lever, I will try to do it on days when my finger feels good, but before the routine, on plank and front lever days, I will try to include specific exercises for certain muscles that I need to strengthen, such as the triceps, abdominals, lower back, and biceps. I am improving again, but I must not get too excited as it is only the beginning. In a few weeks, I will be a better version of myself. I will improve as much as I can to compete as comprehensively as possible, with dynamic and static movements, power movements, and good elite combos in Venezuela.
