Inspired by digital nomads traveling and living abroad such as @anomadsoul, or  @lizanomadsoul who is currently living in Paris where she is studying French. Some times ago already we started to imagine a project of autonomous place to provide offline experience for contributors of online communities (couchsurfing, airbnb, fb,...) to meet and cooperate on co creative projects, that is how @mancpt started to experiment <a href=”https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/13161214”>the Hug Inn Vienna</a>. 

Today, I’ll be visiting the new space @wolfgangsieberth found to experiment some of the aspects of the idea factory as @manncpt already started some years ago focusing on the hospitality frame. The Idea Factory is a transitional project towards the development of the idea machine as a supercomputer to increase synergies, based on an original idea of Angeliki Angeletou and me (:P). An idea which mutated in various sub branches and slowly in what is becoming the @globalschool coordinated with @alexandravart, @ccommons.art and friends.

<h1>Who is Liz?</h1>
thanks to @lizanomadsoul who is empowering us from the first day I am here sharing this story with you. By the way Liz is also the one who inspired the @globalschool participant to launch the @covermaker project. A new way for creatives to get funds by participating telling the story of steemians in a creative visual which can be used as account cover.

<h1>Who is Alexandra?</h1>
@Alexandravart is much more than an artist or creative able of social engagement and daily commitment to support the creative community and valorise its contributors. She is a multi talented person with an incredible sense of sharing and respect for creatives which brings her to give back to the community. With the help of @irwanumpal, @shortcut (@creative-commons), and many other amazing people rewarding #creative-commons and #ccommonsart contributors as well as helping in the good development and daily efforts of the @globalschool and participants.

<h1>Who is Angeliki?</h1>
Angeliki is a passionate researcher working at the Austrian Institute of Technology, a creative and talented entrepreneur who cooperated with me for some month imagining and drawing the first drafts of the Idea Machine project. When we got 13500 votes and a public price, we couldn’t believe it and decided to not let the project as a draft. With the help of @manncpt who fell in love with the original idea, we found slowly the help of various local contributors as well as got endorsed by two administrations of the city (smart city). Angeliki doesn’t have a steemit account yet, but she’ll definitely join when she’ll have more time.

<h1>Who is Christoph?</h1>
After a first year of adventures in Vienna, looking for a room to rent, I get to be in contact with Charlotte, who was the former girlfriend of @manncpt, it is how I get to meet him, sharing our ideas we fast became friends and he started to involve me in his social project @opt2o / Option 2.0 which was just at the beginning. After some years of cooperation, Christoph asked me to join the supervisory board of the organization as President to share my experience and motivate the collective with new ideas.

<h1>Who is @wolfgangsieberth?</h1>
I met Wolfgang thanks to a friend of Angeliki, who involved with my background and ideas invited me to meet his friend and co-founder of @generationeuropa, a small ngo active mostly in the non formal education field.

<h2>What Wolfgang want to do?</h2>
Enthusiast by the Idea Machine and cooperating on the Idea factory as well as on the @globalschool project, @wolfgangsieberth is really motivated to take steps further in the installation of a space in which we can host the @globalschool workshops as well as offer volunteers, creatives, digital nomads a place to co create and empower ideas.

<h1>Who is me? (hihihi :P)</h1>
You’ll have to tell me more about this me, I never know what to say, or only very boring things, and the others are telling more beautiful things I would never think to say about myself. :))) So, please, do not hesitate if you have insights, I’ll be glad to discover what I should know about myself from another point of view than my mirror or ego… ;-)

The new place is now empty. 

For the moment, the plan is:
in the first phase
2 rooms will be reserved for the guest house
a bathroom
a community kitchen
a living room
a workshop room
the second level of the apartment is reserved for generation europa and volunteers to be hosted while contributing to a project.

<h1>Let’s create an APP?</h1>
I would like to work with some of you on creating an app to enable anybody to connect to the place using for example the steem blockchain and API. I hope to exchange further with @rubenalexander and my new friend @schamangerbert during the next Viennese steemit meetup on Sunday as well as with my colleague @irwanumpal to get to know how to use tools such as steemsql to develop the projects further. =)

At the end I see that as a video game which is rewardarding the guests which are committing to improve the project.

<h1>How do you see the next steps of the Idea factory?</h1>
Yes, sure @wolfgangsiberth, @alexandravart, @manncpt or me, we have definitely a lot of ideas, but how do you see this project growing?

<h1>How should we reward the creatives and developers in residence?</h1>
To make it well it will require a lot of contributions, I would like to use uotpian.io but I have to confess, I feel very excited to start as I think it will enable everyone with their skills and competences to cooperate on such project, with useful inputs as copywriter or committing on the development of the software as well as in terms of infrastructure management, communication or hospitality frame. =)

<h1>Which way do you want the report of the Idea factory made?</h1>
<ul><li>a regular needs assessment post?</li><li>monthly report and contributions via utopian.io?</li><li>A report by the participants and guests?</li></ul>
