The first ingredients you have to prepare are margarine, matcha paste, white liquid milk, wheat flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs and chocolate jam. after you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe, now let's start the first step of making boy matcha bread.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 20 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar, half a tablespoon of yeast and also 1 sachet of powdered milk. As usual, stir the dry mixture until well blended using a spoon only.
the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is put enough liquid milk and pandan paste into the dough. after that, knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes half smooth. Make sure you wash your hands first before kneading the dough.
the third step, after the dough has become half smooth, the next thing you have to do is add 2 tablespoons of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt into the dough. after that, knead the dough again until the dough is really soft and becomes smooth.
the fourth step, after the dough has been kneaded until it becomes very smooth and soft, the next thing you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 30 minutes depending on your room temperature.
the fifth step, after the dough has doubled from before, then prepare the work mat and put the dough on the work mat. then, cut and weigh the dough with each dough weighing 50 or 60 grams. then, round up all the dough like the photo above.
the sixth step, after the dough has been cut and weighed 60 grams, then all you have to do is take 1 dough and after that put enough chocolate jam on top of the dough or you can use other jams according to your wishes. after that, cover the chocolate jam with the dough to form a ball. Repeat this step until all the dough is filled with chocolate jam.
the seventh step, after all the dough has been filled with chocolate jam, the next thing you have to do is prepare a baking sheet and spread margarine evenly in the pan. After that, arrange the dough on a baking sheet and cover the dough so that it doubles in size for about 30 minutes depending on your room temperature. make sure you arrange the dough not too close to each other.
the eighth step, after the dough already looks very large than before, then prepare a bowl and put 60 grams of margarine, 50 grams of sugar that you have blended and half a teaspoon of salt. After that, stir until the sugar and margarine are well mixed using a wisker only.
the ninth step, after the margarine and sugar have been mixed well, then add enough matcha paste and 1 egg, then stir until everything is well mixed. You can put 1 sachet of vanilla powder into the mixture so it doesn't smell too fishy.
tenth step, after the dough has changed color to green and everything is well mixed, then all you have to do is put 6 or 7 tablespoons of flour into the dough and stir until the texture of the dough turns thick. After that, put the dough into a plastic triangle.
the eleventh step, after the matcha dough is finished, the next thing you have to do is put the matcha dough evenly on the bread that we have let it sit before. repeat until all matcha dough is done.
the last step, after all the matcha dough has been placed on top of all the bread dough, then prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 5 minutes. after the oven is hot, enter the baking sheet and bake the bread dough at a temperature of 170 or 180 degrees Celsius, with a fire up and down for about 20 or 30 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, boy matcha bread with chocolate filling you can serve to your family or friends. The taste of this boy's bread is really very distinctive and the smell of the bread is so delicious. Boy matcha bread texture is very soft when bitten and everyone really likes it.
