This is a self portrait from a few years ago that I drew digitally on a mobile phone. The hand reaching down with a gift is the gracious hand of God. The starbursts on the gift wrapping represent how gifts from God are out-of-this-world, yet so powerfully practical too. What I find most encouraging about this drawing as I reflect on it today is that gifts from God continue to pour in every day--in one form or another. So I give thanks to God!
