I am currently getting a Young Citizen card.  The cards I got are Tex Refund cards.  Getting this can increase my Income Ranking Level.  Income Level is a highly competitive ranking.  Most of us, including myself, are always trying to increase the income level.

I got a Young Citizen card from the #dcity game today.  Young Citizen is a type of tax refund card.  It is a cheaper card among Tax Refund cards.  That's why most people are buying Tax Refund Cards lately.
