Hello guys,
I decided to check out the plantain in the compound and they have grown well. Some of them are getting matured and I harvested few days ago. These are just for my own consumption but I give my neighbor some too. I made fried plantain from the ripe ones and also make chips from the unripe ones. I also boil the unripe ones and eat since it's very good for the body. It supplies good nutrients to the body.
