# Peter Brandt, a well followed trader on crypto twitter says that he has never seen a market like bitcoin...

And now he is saying it is likely heading for $100k.

That is saying a lot considered he has traded just about everything there is to trade over the past 45 years.

His words:

> "Bitcoin takes aim at $100,000 target,"

> "[Bitcoin] is experiencing its fourth parabolic phase dating back to 2010. No other market in my 45 years of trading has gone parabolic on a log chart in this manner. Bitcoin is a market like no other."

I agree with him. 

Though, I don't know of many markets that are created out of thin air like this with the potentially to be widely used as a store of value or form of payment.

As I type, bitcoin is trading for north of $11,200...
