The two primary influencers in my own personal life meet up to have a conversation. Long form podcasts are one of the fastest growing forms of communication with a large audience. The way you get to the bottom of an idea is to speak that idea aloud for others to hear it and criticize it. This is the way that we solve problems by using our speech and risking being offensive like Jordan Peterson says. The only way we can get closer to the truth is by protecting speech the way America protects speech. There's this smelly notion that speech isn't that important and it should be controlled by a centralized cult-like authority. What this does is shut down conversation across idealogical isles. The human conscience gradually becomes toxic when conversation is shut down.  What makes it toxic is the fear of social ridicule or authoritarian backlash for speaking your mind.
