##### Hey que tal familia,? Un placer estar nuevamente con ustedes. Feliz inicio de semana, hoy quiero presentar un pequeño pasaje de esta hermosa cancion "sobredosis" tema del musico Alberto Barros, que casualmente en el momento de haber sacado el tema  y todavia hoy dia el mismo lo sigue interpretando.

#### ¿Cuándo se produce una sobredosis?
##### Se presenta cuando se toma una cantidad de algo mayor a lo normal o recomendado, a menudo una droga. Una sobredosis puede ocasionar síntomas graves y dañinos o la muerte.

>##### It occurs when you take more than the normal or recommended amount of something, often a drug. An overdose can result in serious and harmful symptoms or death.

###### Ok, el termino sobredosis se refiere a la toma inadecuada de algo (Ej. Una sustancia), que a menudo puede ser una droga. Si veremos "Droga", podemos decir que es una sustancias psicoactivas con potencial para prevenir o curar una enfermedad, pero por el hecho de ser psicoactivas son de igual forma potencialmente adictivas, entre ellas las mas comunmente vistas son las "Xantinas" (Ej. Cafe), o incluso no necesariamente tiene que ser una sustancia activa, puesto que existe evidencia de que sustancias inocuas (Agua) en sobredosis puede ocacionar daños graves (Fallo renal). 

>###### Ok, the term overdose refers to the inappropriate intake of something (i.e. a substance), which can often be a drug. If we see "Drug", we can say that it is a psychoactive substance with potential to prevent or cure a disease, but by the fact of being psychoactive are also potentially addictive, among them the most commonly seen are the "Xanthines" (eg. Coffee), or even does not necessarily have to be an active substance, since there is evidence that harmless substances (water) in overdose can cause serious damage (kidney failure). 

###### _A lo que quiero llegar, relacionando lo con el tema musical, es que una persona comunmente no deberia enamorarse o ilusionarse tanto por una persona, puede ser delicado para una buena salud.  Lo explicare, cuando te enamoras y te sientes muy comodo con una persona tu cuerpo libera "Serotonina" (Hormona de la felicidad)  segregada por el cerebro, la sangre y los intestinos. Pero lo ideal es quedarse asi, no acostumbrarse a esto, luego puedes llegar a "ilusion", en donde tu cuerpo esta tan acostumbrado a la Serotonina, que ya si no la tienes puedes llegar a experimentar un Sindrome de abstinencia. Y ya hablamos antes que incluso las sustancias inocuas (Que se suponen que no te hacen daño, sino al contrario, ayudan a mejorar la salud) en sobredosis pueden hacer daños muy graves._

I will explain, when you fall in love and you feel very comfortable with a person your body releases "Serotonin" (happiness hormone) secreted by the brain, blood and intestines.
