It's difficult to be on hive and not attain a level of emotional intelligence unless you're not intentional. This is because everyone is relating to the blockchain on their level of intelligence, but this eventually changes with the right exposure.

One of the biggest displays of financial and emotional intelligence I've ever seen here is there issue between owning more hive or sticking to the safety of **HBD** and that **20%** sweetener.

Basically, I think we all make choices relating to money based on our preferences, but sometimes we allow the technical know-how of others to influence our learning process, making it easier to develop one's unique ideas especially when it relates to money.

> Learning sporadically, influences one uniquely

*Sometimes I feel the social aspect and impact of hive is underestimated*

When we compare it (hive) to other places, we'll see that it creates a base layer where people can create true socialistic tendencies that guarantees a win-win situation for everyone. I've seen people who complain about being scammed while doing business with Facebook associates.

This is virtually impossible with hive. Apart from this, being on hive alone raises your awareness level towards crypto and finance and even if you're only aiming to create content on niches that aren't really focused on money or crypto, one still learns about all these subconsciously because of the followers they have and the inevitability of exposure to financial education.

> Emotional intelligence irrespective Of Niche & Ambition

*For example;*

......*the level of business association we build here is not possible anywhere on the internet.* This is because hive creates interaction based on reputation, and this reputation is bought or engineered, but gotten through being good players.

A lot of people might say terrible things about hive, the whale aspect owning huge stakes, but the truth is that one can also change any narrative they deemed to be so flawed.

for someone who feels that whales are too powerful, they can buy stakes to counter this. **The fact that hive is changeable and flexible makes the social base layer a recipe for prospective dominance** once we can get the world to see through the scope of what we're selling.

> How hard is it to sell **Web3** to **web2** minded people?

*Maybe harder than you know*

Another thing hive does is to create habitual changes in people that can be financially impactful. For example, I've never really been much of a gamer, but this changed when I learned of splinterlands.

This means that people on hive eventually undergo changes that can influence who they are in reality. Events like **splinterfest** and **Hivefest** becomes the financial validation that people can build real business prospects online that can transcend into their lives and they can do this with others all over the world, from the comfort of their bedroom.

The true intention of a social space beyond interaction is to change people, their social interaction, and their habits. Hive does more than this, while most social spaces that tout themselves to be revolutionary haven't impacted up to 5% evolution as hive has done.

> **Some people cannot but notice how they've gotten better when it comes to relating to making choices as regards to crypto**

Hive is probably the bus stop for a person aiming to understand crypto to adopt it, because places like Twitter arguably sell news that is unrealistic and emotionally tainted, creating more confusion in the process.

A lot of people cannot argue how they've gotten better at understanding the crypto market cycle and how they've gotten better over time.

#### Being on hive, and interacting with its diverse ecosystem can create potentialities.

Do we even begin to talk about projects that have done astonishingly well at the second layer? In the game of making choices, a lot of people can agree with me that they've made mistakes especially when it comes to buying into projects here early or late.

These are some of the experiences that weave people into the *OGs* they can prospectively become. It's tough out there, I can't but wonder how far hive can tap into the fabrics of Crypto, but I do believe, this place should be a stop for anyone beginning their journey on crypto.
