When I was younger, the belief held by majority of people in my society was that one can not find love without having money. This has become a mindset, a lifestyle and even an attitude. Love to me is intrinsic, in its original state, it's unconditional and intentional, but one of the reasons why I think money has come into the equation is a question of unreturned affection. It's always problematic when a person is in love with another person there's always the issue of whether the love is mutual. In reality, I think that no love van be equally matched in the same ratio or proportional without any difference. This means that two people cannot love themselves equally, they'll only love themselves to a sizeable extent, but this isn't noticeable until some challenging circumstances that requires making tough choices about survival and life arises. We should understand that anything that states otherwise is only fiction and never a testament of reality.
> # However, it's good when love is almost mutual so much that we cannot measure the disparity with anything visible.
Nevertheless, it's terrible when it isn't **visibly mutual.** We humans are still naive to how romantic love completely works and this is because of the complex state of our mental anatomy. Love can be superficial, sometimes it can be ordinary or even spiritual, some people can love another person conditionally, while the same person can love them unconditionally. The basis through which different romantic love are built is what establishes disparity amongst people. When love is not complete, people try to buy it with a different attraction; a force that can create something inorganic but can appear real on the surface. **Money.** So many people underestimate the power of material things in influencing or creating unnatural love. Unnatural love can be built on external attraction, on things that have the probability to be ephemeral.
#### Where Does Money Come In?
Inasmuch as a person can endear another person to be attracted to them, they cannot establish an intrinsic connection that's largely built on nothing. Because we cannot control how we feel, there's always the tendency that we might give off affections that might not be returned. However, this can purely be dependent on the individual. Some people used to feed their affections towards the wrong people some others tend to starve it. For example, being blindly endeared to someone irrespective of the red flags is why we often deem love to be blind. However, it's rampant in most human societies that money is the main reason why true love is becoming rare and scarce. While I cannot refute this, I cannot say I totally disagree with this. When I was younger, money wasn't the only reason why I couldn't find love, there were so many other underlying factors, but in other to hide these inadequacies, I blamed money for everything. While I grew older I discovered how I lived in denial of these inadequacies.
#### A State Of Juxtaposition
I have been an avid believer of love for a very long time, but these days it feels like a huge part of me has been chipped off. One thing is, people have tried to incentivize the process of love and because many have tried it, it's become a norm or *"a thing"* in most modern societies. However, contrary to most popular belief, I believe that love is even harder to find when you have money. In the recent society we live in, the media glories and *godifies* the concept of cheating. One of the reasons we synonymize money with love is because we've totally lost the meaning of what love is supposed to be. Another thing is obsession and sex. These things are addictive. Because sex is often deemed as the endgame of love. People are beginning to incentivize it, making it loveless and emotionless One of the reasons why sex thrives, is because love is deemed to be sometimes impossible, so people go after their carnal desires to fill the space where love is supposed to occupy in their lives.
> # Nevertheless, love is huge, but at the same time it's nothing.
At our very core we can feel love, there's a way it moves us to be extraordinarily different, it changes us. However, we wonder how something so invincible can steer us in different directions. But I can authoritatively say this. Love is dying because of insecurities, fear and previous experience. So many people now believe that making money can fill that void in their lives. But then, money can never fill the void with love and vice versa, unless we decide to lie to ourselves. Everyone craves and wants love, even people who feel they cannot love without being incentivized. Some people end in loveless union because they're motivated by the prospects of living comfortable lives. On the other hand there are people who feel they cannot naturally find love without some added advantages. Nevertheless, the world has become a smaller place where people find love in the distant places even when it was possible for them to find it around them. I'll talk about this in my next post.

> **Interested in some more of my works?**
##### [A Personal View Into The Meaning Of Spirituality (ecoTrain QOTW)](https://hive.blog/hive-123046/@josediccus/a-personal-view-into-the-meaning-of-spirituality-ecotrain-qotw) ##### [Why You Couldn't Create Good Contents In 2021, Why You Still Wouldn't In 2022.](https://hive.blog/hive-167922/@josediccus/why-you-couldn-t-create-good-contents-in-2021-why-you-still-wouldn-t-in-2022) ##### [A Psychoanalytic Dive Into Incentivized Loyalty](https://hive.blog/hive-167922/@josediccus/a-psychoanalytic-dive-into-incentivized-loyalty) ##### [The Nigerian/African Disposition On Marriage As An Endowment](https://hive.blog/hive-181017/@josediccus/lghdiell) ##### [Living & Living Unintentionally (The Financial Repercussion)](https://hive.blog/hive-167922/@josediccus/living-and-living-unintentionally-the-financial-repercussion)

#### @Josediccus, your brother-in-pen & heart
*I'm hoping to reach more people who are broken at heart and spirit, so share on any platform or reblog*
###
[My Twitter handle](https://mobile.twitter.com/PERCIVAL_JOEY)
