It's 3 days to the end of the Rebellion presale on Splinterlands and just as I predicted, the sales will be slower towards the end and probably there might be some rush towards the last 24 hours of the sale. So far we have over 150k packs to go and to be very honest I thought we'd have sold out the packs by now. 


On the bright side, the sales have exceeded the initial expectations, and why not? Over 350k in sales in 27 days with over $800k in revenue, in a bear market period is nothing short of amazing, but the truth is that irrespective of how deep-pocketed the Splinterlands' user base is, I strongly believe that over 50% of this user base flipped their crypto assets to be able to purchase their pack in this sales. So less money in the system equals fewer packs being purchased.

 However, I'm predicting that maybe, just maybe some percentage of this pack might be burned. I don't see the 150k selling out in 3 days. I feel that we might have like 10 to Maybe 30k packs that might be left to be burned, and even if this were so, it's still healthy entering into the main sales. 


The main sales start in December, but I'm not sure, I think opening the packs will also not be possible until December, and one other thing that might play out well is that if the sales go on for another 12 months from December then towards the end of 2024, people might have enough funds to be able to purchase the Rebellion packs since I'm signaling BTC to exceed it's previous ATH by December 2024 and Hive to at least hit $2.2 by the end of 2024.

 Irrespective, it's been a successful presale and even if the hype has doubled down, looking at the leaderboard, tells you a lot about the splinterlands' rich list. 


For me, I planned to buy at least 6 more Rebellion packs to add to the four I already purchased, but with my numerous hospital sessions and tests with some uncertainty towards medical costs before my tests on tomorrow, I don't think I'll be able to afford any more packs in this presale.

 For now, I'm doubling down on anything investing since I really do not have the funds or money to do so, I have a lot of expenses and I've had to loan money from a few friends to foot some of my hospital expenses. However, the time to talk about all these will come. 

I like to congratulate the guys on the leaderboard. Without these guys, splinterlands wouldn't be thriving as it currently is. They're probably vested for the rainy days and it's important to have a vision, just like they do. By December, playing Splinterlands will be different as there will be many cards and different adjustments when the Rebellion cards flood the market. Till then, we will see.
