**Crypto Twitter** (X) is one of those places where you get endless crypto content on the internet. It's mostly sought after because the contents are uncouth, raw, personal, thrilling, engaging, and controversial, it's not generated, mindless, or just scribbled content written by just copying facts and fiction here and there. It goes to say that anyone who is hoping to learn about crypto will not do so by searching on Google.

The contents that are top are mostly aimed to satisfy the requirements of Google's ads algorithm and they have well-crafted titles, with contents that do not really teach anything. For me, I think learning through people's experiences is the best way to learn.

For example, when I got my diagnosis in October/November, Google did a lot of damage to my emotional health, but learning through real-time and real-life experiences of people gives you a better understanding of what you should know.

So basically, knowing the basics of crypto is not difficult, joining the discussion of a variety of subjects in the crypto space helps one to learn. One of the many advantages of the Hive Blockchain is that it is a borderless ecosystem that accommodates a variety of subjects/communities and genres. However, having previous knowledge of Crypto makes the transition from web2 to 3 very easy. This is how you'll understand things like **"keys"** how to save them, how to use them, or how to navigate without being restricted.

Simply put, a person who knows how to use the Binance app will know how to navigate Hive to some extent.

So anyone who is involved with Crypto in one way or another needs to understand the basics of it. Either you're using a Google look-alike to earn **Crypto,** or you're earning **BTC** through *faucet,* playing *web3* games like **Splinterlands,** or even blogging on *Hive* about your pet, favorite food, hobby, or lifestyle, you need to understand the general outlook of the crypto space to become a true digital nomad.

A lot of people are only interested in learning about crypto when it's the bull market. It hardly works this way. There's no time to learn in the bull market. The market is meant for profit making and a novice who out of excitement jumps in will only get burned.

In 2024, everyone who is acquitted and familiar with the internet needs to know **crypto basics,** not anything sophisticated, just the basics is good enough, and it takes a bigger leap to even go further. Knowing about the basics just increases your chances, it gives you the knowledge to put yourself in a comfortable position.

### About Content-Creation

Most of the tech/crypto content is mostly consumed before and during the peak of the market. This is when most people are hungry for knowledge. The *FOMO* that's generated in the bull makes people desire knowledge on how to become wealthy with Crypto, even if it's a misplaced obsession, someone needs to be creating these contents for consumption around here.

I'm not saying this is everything we should be creating, I'm only saying we need a niche of hive-branded content that purely educates, exposes, informs, and entertains those consumers about the information they seek. Of course, some of these contents might be evergreen, because I know that most people in a bull market are predictable and sometimes what they sought 4 years ago might be the same thing they might seek in 4 years to come.

That said, writing about crypto keeps you abreast.

Everyone is currently on their toes, the BTC bandwagon is moving and those who joined that train in the bear market are currently having a party. It is now certain that the ETFs are having a more massive impact on the market than when the likes of Elon Musk were shilling Dogecoin. It's no more about a few billionaires scooping the market, it's now a bigger area of mass and it's now a certainty that BTC might just hit 180 or 200k in the peak of the bull market. While this information might not be relevant to an *altcoiner*, it's important to be generally abreast of the market.

No information in crypto is wasted information, this is because the knowledge one might consider useless is the knowledge a *noob* might be dying to have. This knowledge builds up over time and refines you. In a nutshell, you might fail in two or three bull markets, but these failures eventually help you over time to hit the holy grail, provided you're still here to witness the growth and development of the market.
