Aquí les traigo lo que fue mi entrenamiento el cual enfoque en mejorar mis flexiones parado de manos. Este entrenamiento lo realice en el estadio Venoil, llegué bastante pesado, y a pesar de calentar bastante tiempo seguía pesado para entrenar plancha, por lo que me enfoque en lo mencionado anteriormente. Empecé lanzando las flexiones de handstand libres y aguantes en diferentes variaciones de handstand, luego de tener rato así, empecé a practicar mis 90 degree en straddle las cuales las empecé a controlar mejor aunque me gustaría inclinarme más y estar más recto al bajar, realice de esto varias series y luego realice estás mismas 90 degree en tuck, a las cuales les saque muchas repeticiones, luego lance varias series de tuck adv planche y termine con aguantes de handstand al fallo. Para terminar ya que quería cansarme más hice varias series de fondos, flexiones y también practique un poco mi pull over explosivo, antes de volver a mi casa, dónde estire y descanse ya que al final termine bastante fatigado, hice algo de movilidad también con liga y me hice una muy buena cena rica en proteínas para aprovechar la ventana anabólica !

Here is my workout which focused on improving my handstand pushups. I did this workout at the Venoil stadium, I came in pretty heavy, and despite warming up for a long time I was still heavy for plank training, so I focused on the aforementioned. I started throwing the free handstand pushups and handstand holds in different variations of handstand, after having some time like that, I started practicing my 90 degree in straddle which I started to control better although I would like to lean more and be more straight down, I did several sets of this and then perform these same 90 degree in tuck, which I got many repetitions, then I threw several sets of tuck adv planche and finished with handstand holds to failure. To finish since I wanted to get more tired I did several sets of bottoms, push-ups and also practiced a little my explosive pull over, before returning to my house, where I stretched and rested because at the end I ended up quite fatigued, I did some mobility also with garter and I made a very good dinner rich in protein to take advantage of the anabolic window !
