<liketuimages> <center>         </center> </liketuimages> Doing something different for today, I set a goal for myself: to get moving and be healthier. There are days when I want to take a few minutes to do something else and also clear my mind. I decided to take a walk alone to a small botanical garden, bringing an old book I recently bought because I want to get back into the habit of reading and put my phone away for a bit. Today I was a little brave because I hadn't gone out alone for a while to do anything other than basic shopping. The best thing is that a cute stray cat was able to keep me company. It stayed with me for quite a while, and I was really touched by that because cats are very independent and have their own attitude. In fact, there are several stray cats here, and I tried not to invade their spaces. I took a couple of minutes to read a few pages and then left. I also took advantage of the fact that I have a smartwatch to count my steps; my goal was to exceed 10,000. # Spanish # Haciendo algo diferente para variar, me propuse un objetivo para estar en movimiento y ser más saludable, hay días donde quiero tomarme unos minutos para hacer otra actividad y así también poder despejar la mente. Decidir dar una caminata yo sola a un pequeño jardín botánico y llevé conmigo un libro que compré recientemente porque quiero retomar el hábito de la lectura y dejar un poco el celular de lado. Hoy fui un poco valiente porque tenía tiempo sin salir yo sola a hacer una actividad que no fuese hacer compras básicas. Lo mejor es que me pudo acompañar un lindo gato callejero, se quedó conmigo un rato bastante largo y la verdad sí me emocionó eso porque los gatos son muy independientes y tienen su propia actitud. De hecho, aquí hay varios gatos callejeros y traté de no invadir sus espacios. Me tomé un par de minutos para leer algunas páginas y luego me retiré.
