“F---ing Spanish … You don’t speak English,” one UPS employee tells Prinstein in the video posted on social networks by her husband, Ernesto Fernández.

According to reports, Kendall, Miami, happens to be heavily populated by Latinos, and most say Miami is where someone can go without speaking English and still be able to communicate just fine.
