The ability to compose in time of trial, problem, difficulties and the likes make a man.

Those not man enough often make regrettable decisions before realizing what they could have done. 

First of and most important of all is inviting Almighty God to control the situation for you. You have to first believe him by always praying in you're heart. Keep away from sins even though you can't. Obey his commandments and be whom he can call his son.

When you do all these God will always be your escape.
