*In this video,* I report on a recent claim by an EMP expert from the EMP Task Force On Homeland & National Security by the name of Dr. Peter Pry. 

Pry claims there's a serious possibility of China plotting a surprise EMP attack on the United States. 

Of course this is based in mainstream fear mongering, but is there truth to the fear?

The keyword from the report is that China is planning a "Pearl Harbor" type attack. Well, Pearl Harbor was allowed to happen to provide order out of chaos just as the United States has been working with China hand in hand for years under the guise of competition. 

So how much of this so-called "attack" would be by plan? The global community has been working hard for a very long time to prop up China as a global order and surveillance state. It's the perfect guinea pig state for complete control over the masses.
