Steemprojects is a directory of apps,sites and tools built by the Steem community.

#### Proposal

Am proposing the addition of a rating and review feature to the Steem projects website so projects listed on the site can be rated and reviewed by users. 

For example I discovered the [Get on Steem](https://getonsteem.com/) tool on [Steem Projects](https://steemprojects.com/projects/p/getonsteem/); Get on Steem requires your active key and 3 Steem to create an account for you on Steemit. I personally wasn't convinced on how secure the platform was and am yet to meet any Steemit user that has used the platform to create a new Steemit account successfully. 

If Steem projects had a rating and review system, I would have seen other users reviews about the Get on Steem tool and that would have answered the following questions I have as regards the project:

- how secure the platform was for me to give away my user active key 
- how secure the new account created by the tool is as they generate the password for the new account on their site for you
- according to the site, the 3 Steem fee used in creating the account will be transferred to the new account as Steem Power; I would have loved to know how truthful that is.

If there was a rating and review feature/system where users could leave their ratings, comments and feedbacks on a Steem project, it would have answered the above questions I had about the project and I'd also share my own experience with the project on the site so other users can refer to it.

If my proposal is implemented, it will look like the image above where users can rate and leave a comment or feedback on a particular Steem project.


#### Benefits

- It will enable users make the right decision in terms of knowing the right Steem projects to use. 
- The feedback generated by users will enable the project owners improve their Steem based projects.
