# So, we are back to that again...

It appears we are right back where we were a few months back, what's bad for stocks is bad for bitcoin.

The Dow Jones and US stock market fell out of bed this morning, and guess what, so did bitcoin...

The Dow is currently down some 1,500 points (5.25%):

And right about the time the US stock futures started really signalling it would be a bloody morning, bitcoin fell out of bed as well.

Of course falling even more than stocks because that's just what bitcoin does...

Bitcoin is currently down about 8% on the day:

The drop is coming on the heels of the FED announcing they would likely keep rates near zero for the next 2 years as well as new unemployment claims spiking to more than 44 million over the last 12 weeks with an additional 1.5 million added this week.

This may be the start of that dip I had been hoping for down to the $7.6k area. Time will tell...
