Here I bring you a recipe for how to make the meringue in an easy and fast way!

INGREDIENTS:
- 400 grams of sugar
- 4 egg white
- a little water

PREPARATION:
Put the 300 grams of sugar in a pot and make a little water until it covers all the sugar and puts it to boil while tato boiling the water with the sugar will beat the 4 egg white until you lift the whites.

2-then finishing boiling the water with the sugar poured into the egg white, add it little by little!

3-beat it for about 3 or 5 minutes

ready an easy and fast meringue!
