It's the first day of the month and, following tradition here on the blockchain, we encourage each other to power up. There are already many posts that explain the importance and reasons for powering up so I won't be getting into it already. Also, I explained it to some degree in my #HIVE PUD last month, which you can read [here](https://peakd.com/hive-188409/@juanvegetarian/september-hpud-powering-up-is-good-for-the-soul-or-2022), if you are interested.

On that note, I will keep it short and sweet for today and move on to the heart of the matter: **HPUD**!!!

For today, I powered up `10.76` of my liquid **HIVE** to add on to my HIVE POWER (HP).

It's the second time in a row that I've powered up. Hopefully, I will be able to consistently power up and help grow my account. Among other things, powering up will help increase our "influence" here on the blockchain while earning some passive income at the same time. 

Thanks for dropping by and reading my post. As we enter the last quarter of the year, we can also start to see how we have done in our Hive blogging journey. One of the ways to evaluate our account growth is via the amount of **HP** that we have.
