Триває страсний тиждень, тобто останні дні перед Воскресінням Хрестовим. Сьогодні ж страсний вівторок. Всі дні неділі перед Пасхою звуть страсними або великими.

Традиційно всі ми готуємося до Великодня. В кожного це різні справи. Я активно долучилася до робочих моментів, що стосуються впорядкування території. Вдома теж завжди чекає ціла купа справ: квітники, полуниця, прання та прибирання. Всі мабуть знають  жарт  про миття вікон та ледь не «смертний» гріх у випадку невчасного їх натирання до блиску. Я ще цим не займалася, чекаю чистого четверга.

Passion week continues, that is, the last days before the Resurrection of the Cross. Today is Holy Tuesday. All days of the Sunday before Easter are called Passion or Great.
Traditionally, we all prepare for Easter. Everyone has different things. I actively participated in the work points related to the arrangement of the territory. At home, too, there is always a whole bunch of things waiting: flower beds, strawberries, laundry and cleaning. Everyone probably knows the joke about washing windows and the almost "mortal" sin in the case of untimely rubbing them to a shine. I haven't done it yet, I'm waiting for a clean Thursday.

У мене щорічний весняний челендж – «висадити в клумбу все, що можу». В мене дуже маленька територія біля будинку, а тому для квітів місця не багато. Та як можна відмовитися від паросточка чи кущика, який хтось пропонує? Всі розсаджують та проріджують на весні. А я тягну додому та намагаюся помістити на мізерному клаптику землі. От і сьогодні не змогла відмовитися від Форзиції. Потім довго шукала місце для неї і таки висадила за двором. 

У магазинах люди геть знавісніли. Таке враження, що кожен буде дома готувати святкові столи, як мінімум на 100 осіб. Все розмітають з полиць, незважаючи на шалений ріст цін. А ще мені здається, що кожен пектиме річний запас пасок. Хоча я теж збираюся займатися цією справою. Минулого року чомусь жодна магазинна паска не сподобалася. Тому буду випікати свої.

But how can you refuse a sprout or a bush that someone offers? All are planted and thinned in the spring. And I drag it home and try to place it on a tiny piece of land. So even today she couldn't give up Forsythia. Then I looked for a place for her for a long time and still planted her in the yard.
In the shops, people were getting to know each other. It seems that everyone will prepare festive tables at home for at least 100 people. Everything is being swept off the shelves, despite the crazy rise in prices. And it also seems to me that everyone will bake a year's supply of pastures. Although I am also going to do this business. Last year, for some reason, I didn't like any store belt. Therefore, I will bake mine.

Дуже хочеться тепла та сонячних днів, щоб на Великодні свята була гарна погода. Та ще більше хочеться миру і перемоги. Це найбільше бажання всіх українців і за це у такі дні ми всі будемо молитися. 
Ще попереду багато справ, які досить приємно робити, коли чекаєш якихось радісних подій: зустрічі з рідними людьми, спільні сімейні застілля, гарний час із друзями. Звичайно, все затьмарене війною. Не можливо повноцінно віддатися відпочинку, знаючи, що наші захисники та захисниці у цей час всіма силами боронять нашу державу, свободу та незалежність. І нехай буде так, як говориться в одній із пісень  «Пам’ятай, Господь оберігає тих, хто захищає Батьківщину». 

Вірю в Світле Свято, в ЗСУ, в перемогу…

>I really want warm and sunny days so that there will be good weather on the Easter holidays. But even more I want peace and victory. This is the greatest desire of all Ukrainians, and we will all pray for it on such days.
There are still many things to do, which are quite pleasant to do when you are waiting for some joyful events: meetings with relatives, joint family feasts, good time with friends. Of course, everything is overshadowed by the war. It is not possible to fully indulge in rest, knowing that our defenders are currently defending our state, freedom and independence with all their might. And let it be as it is said in one of the songs "Remember, the Lord protects those who protect the Motherland."
I believe in the Bright Holy Day, in the Armed Forces, in victory...
