A task of pre-ICO: financing and development of alpha-version of the messenger based on iOS and preparation for ICO.
The maximum level of the fees is 600 thousand dollars. The detailed conditions for participation in pre-ICO are presented below in the text.
Now we are beginning the development of a beta-version based on iOS which will be performed at a higher technical level in accordance with the world quality standards.
