We know that Lebron is one of the few athletes who take cares a lot of their bodies so to stay in their prime longer than most. Before the superstar NBA players nowadays taking advantage of taking a game here and there Lebron did it first which is his formula to win some of his championship titles.

No player in today's game could potentially eclipse Kareem's record except for Lebron as of now, maybe Giannis in the future looks like he have a durable body just like Lebron or maybe Luka Doncic as well where he is playing less contact games and a better shooter than the two I just mentioned.
> Even accounting for a dip in performance โ€” maybe Father Time finally catches up with him, or Anthony Davis emerges as a 30-point-per-game guy โ€” James would still be in good position. If he drops to 20 points per game, he could reach Abdul-Jabbar in three-plus seasons. That sounds farfetched on the surface, but Abdul-Jabbar scored 23.4 points per game in his Age 38 season.

Lebron is on a phase to take over the first place in the all time scoring list,.

> With a layup in the third quarter of the Lakers' game against the 76ers, James passed Kobe Bryant for third place on the league's all-time scoring list. This latest achievement in James' illustrious career comes nearly one full year after he jumped over Michael Jordan.
