Hi fellow ***Steemians*** I am celebrating today my monthsary with my girlfriend *steemit.com* lol. Kidding aside the reason why Im doing this post is to thank first of all the Creator of Heaven and earth Whom also lead me to this platform because everything happens for a reason and as the bible says all things work together for good. And also later on this post I just want to share what ive learned that will be a big help especially for the new ones who just got their approval on steemit.com. 


I just want to say ***thank you and youre success is always in my prayers*** to the very first person who helped me here on steemit "*TERRY*" or most of us know him as @surpassinggoogle. Yes thank you Terry, i think i wouldnt last here on steemit if not for your advises and uplifting comments. Because my first week here was like just *"wandering in a dessert and hoping to find an oasis"*, I think Ive posted 30 times and my highest earning was 0.07$ most of my post was 0 upvotes hahaha.


 But then a random @surpassingggoogle taught me how to do an Introduction post then suddenly an **OASIS** in the dessert was right in front of me, I mean i wouldnt thought that my introduction post would worth over 100$. So Terry thank you so much.

## **ITS TOUGH SOMETIMES** but the bigger the problem  the ***BIGGER THE BLESSING***

# BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS then rewards will follow


 I think these people @rye05, @deveerei, @zararina and ofcourse @surpassinggoogle taught me the same things  that it is important to build relationships and earn others interests than earn upvotes not literally advising but theyre showing it to me through interactions. 


Rewards will follow if youve built good relationships special thanks to @tegoshei, @iwrite and @joshvel who i noticed most of the times resteeming my post and commenting praise i will never forget @zararina whos presence is always there in my post, thank you from the bottom of my heart that alone means more to me than winning challenges. But those resteeming and small collective upvotes might lead to something greater. # Once or twice QUALITY Post per day is enough 

Just like I said earlier ive always try to post as much as possible until im tired always targetting the 4 post per day so that the reward something bot will congratulate me haha. But as the days Ive spent here i learned to make quality post even though sometimes it is undervalued i feel proud because ive put not just my passion but also my heart on it. Sometimes we disregard the small bots that upvotes if you just simply follow them or send 0.001SBD just like @minnowpond and anyother but from what i experienced and what ive read on @surpassinggoogle 's post [Let Me Teach You Another Thing Or 2 About That "Simple Steemit Post Of Yours". These small collective upvotes might turn into an unxpected bigger one because you might never know that a certain whale might check someones post and it might be you so it is important to post quality ones so it is always ready to be read by anyone specially a whale on this platform.

Let the author of the content feel that their hardwork is not wasted, I always visualize what are behind the scene of this movie, this artwork, the making of "ONE PIECE by EIICHIRO ODA" the influence of a basketball player like KOBE BRYANT how he now surpassed Jordan shoe as the most wear basketball shoes in the NBA. How did they do it? think about the time they put on their field of expertise it takes alot of time. Much like the authors who put their time on their post/blogs let them feel that their post was not undervalued if your upvoting was 0$ do comment or resteem.
