Hello everybody,

Just a while ago, I weigh myself, oh, oh it is 64 kilos again.

It is up again, last month of August it was 60 kilos my target weight should be 55 kilos but I for almost a month now I did not perform my fasting of 18 hours seriouly. Sometimes 13 hours to 15 hours only. So, my Ist new years resolution on the list would be seriouly attain an 18 to 24 hours fast.

The 2nd on the list would be to avoid high carb foods at all cost. I should control myself. Lately I ate high carb ice cream just like yesterday. I almost devoured it.

Then, last Friday we travelled to the hometown of hubby, ho my I ordered pizza two boxes. I almost ate 1 whole hawaiian pizza.So, yummy! Who am I to resist, ahahaha.

Then, at night time we passed by Naga City's boardwalk and ordered at Jollibee drive through, Chicken Sandwich and I eat with cold pineapple juice. My, my, all high carb foods!

So, my resolution I will prepare my own food again before we travel so that I will not order outside.

Then, 3rd on the list. I must exercise. When I accepted a crochet custom order I hav'nt exercise, I always seat down crochet and crochet after my house chores. And, no more time to walk or roam around our vicinity.

My 4th on the list will be to blog on Hive daily especially here in Asean Hive Community because I hav'nt done that yet.

Lastly, I will wake up early, early means 4 am, so that I have ample time to chant for myself, for my family, for my friends and for World peace. Have you heard the news about Zombie Virus? Lots and lots of prayers it will not circulate Worldwide.
