One the biggest impacts of Blockchain on my operations was to find out I was obsolete in terms on hardware:
* First, I replaced my CD Drive by an SSD ADATA SU800 of 128GB in order to reduced the Data Volume on my C Drive for future replacement by another SSD, as well as have a back up for my data in case Drive C blows up. That was about 8 months ago.

* Now, on December 24 2017,  as a gift to myself on this christmas, I was able to replace my C Hard Disk drive for a an SSD ADATA SU 900 of 256 BG

* Total investment: About 20 Steeems on SU800 and about 10 SBD for an increase performance of my system, that although it was a first generation 2012 i5 ASUS K52J machine, today is obsolete. But I have not been able to replace. Hope Steemit will provide for such big needed change. I am fan of ASUS Machines. Mine is corrently 6 years old under heavy usage and still performing. Only some overheating due to thermal paste not been never replace.

But today, Cloning of the C Drive Hard Disk was not easy task, mainly due to the process of getting the right **acronis True Image HD** Software:

* When you get your SU900, you go to http://www.adata.com/en/support/login/

* There your headache start as the Adata Web Page gives you 2 options: 1) **Create a New Account Now** or Login using Facebook. I choose option 1, and could never be able to create account. I had to use Facebook login which it did work

* But my headache was yet to start: First you register your product, type,  model & EAN/UPC Code. Once you register, you can Acronis info, but the software they will give **Acronis True image HD 2013** is obsolete. At least you get an **Acronis Software Key** of 16 characters. No where you get a link for download. In my case I just google it and found http://www.adata.com/us/ss/software-5/ which it did contain the **Acronis True image HD 2013**. I download the thing, and installed, and when I was going to activate the Software ask me for my licence. The Key given by ADATA is not a licence. I went to register into Acronis, and there I saw a field for inputing the ADATA KEY, then I was registered and they send me the Serial Licence KEY

* But when I try to use it in the **Acronis True image HD 2013**  it didn´t work. I google the problem and found several people with the same problem: https://forum.acronis.com/forum/acronis-true-image-home-forum-older-versions/product-activation-problem

* After thinking for a while, then I decided to unistall and delete **Acronis True image HD 2013** against recomendations for ADATA Website. I went to download and install **Acronis True image HD 2015** disk migration tool from http://www.adata.com/us/ss/software-5/

After installation of the **Acronis True image HD 2015** I could activate using the 64 Serial KEY Given by Acronis, and then I could start the process of cloning which went pretty straight forward.
