I have mentioned my furbabies before,   Geordie our Jack Russel, Mika our Patterdale, Charlie our rat and Benji or foster hamster. Since its now the weekend I thought I would talk about them again.

2 weeks ago I went my sisters table top sale that she does to collect money for Helping pets North East on  Facebook. She was selling these bog dog treats:

There pretty big so bought them one each ans they would last them ages and there good for there teeth, what I wasn;t expecting was the game they both played with them. 
Mika isn't keen on the hide, the hard outer shell so what  does is, let Geordie  chew it for a good hour making it soft and chewy then Geordie will nip off for a drink of water leaving the treat alone, that's when Mika will dash over and pinch it where she will nibble on the soft and chewy bits until she reaches the hard parts again then she will leave it for Geordie  then the game starts again. Whilst Geordie is chewing on the bone Mika will be close by keeping an eye on it for when he leaves it.

When Its bedtime I take a custard cream up for the dogs, a little piece for Charlie the Rat and usually a little piece for Benji our Hanster but he has gone off them so I took them a piece of beef up, and a piece of a peach each.
