I have missed my time on Steemit today, had to phone the Doctor as having dizzy spells. I called into the Drs on Friday hoping I could get an appointment but things have changed on how we get an appointment.

You call in to see the Dr
The receptionist gives you a time for when the Dr will call you for a phone appointment
My phone call was today Monday for 7.40 in the morning.

*MONDAY*
The Dr called at 8 am 
We talked about my symptoms, she them mad an appointment for me to go in today at 4pm

I went to the Dr she was a good half an hour running behind.
She checked my Blood pressure, that was fine, she them had a look in my ears.
She has decided to refer me to the Eyes, Nose & Throat  at the hospital.

About time I was referred as I have had loads of ear infections, hopefully get to the bottom of it. Hoping I don't have to wait to long for an appointment. 

Me and hubby decided to go and do a food shop, me in the mobility scooter ad him pushing a trolley, think I got carried away a bit as spent £167.00 , think next time I will stay in and let them do the shopping.

Home now having a fish cake in a bun, worn out.
