Guess what today is? PIE DAY! I just wanted to wish you all Happy Pie Day! In honor of 3.14, I decided to make a fun video with @muffintuesday. @muffintuesday usually blogs about muffins! She has been making and giving away free muffins  to the Sacramento community every Tuesday for 3 years now. She is one AMAZING girl!

Since today is such a special day, she decided to switch out the muffins and make pies out of mini muffin trays! How cute right?

First, you must stuff the muffin tins with pie crust. If you are lazy like us, and don't want to take time to make the dough, just pick up premade crust at any grocery store.

We decided to make two types of pies. Below is the apple filling we made. It is filled with apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and homemade caramel!

Next up is raspberry filling. This pie filling is made up of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

Here are the mini pies we ended up making! mmMMm. The apple pie was my favorite!
