How I use chatGPT for inspiration in food
We talk a lot here about chatGPT and the ability to all what it is capable of. Not everyone (boomboom) sees for what it is potentially useful for and what it might take over in the very near futures in terms of people jobs, and how it potentially could make my research in school easier (nehhh I will write it myself, dont worry). But I think that a lot of Fiverrr and also a lot of writing jobs eventually will disappear or at least change the format in there.

But don't forget that there are so many options to also use it for more in a way of 'getting inspiration', and narrow that down to find what eventually suits you. In the future the best users will end up being the ones that are capable of asking the best questions. I guess we should better start practising!

So how do I use it? This food experiment is the perfect example of it! I have some leftover homemade fries that are on their last day which I want to use, and I am searching for inspiration what is nice to do with it. Let's have a look and see the end result further down!

**Q: I would like a recipe to use my homemade fries with. Cooking time can be a maximum of 40 minutes**

Sure! Here's a recipe for homemade loaded chili cheese fries that should take around 40 minutes to make:

Ingredients:

4 cups of homemade fries
1 can of chili (with or without beans)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of diced jalapenos (optional)
1/4 cup of sour cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread your homemade fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.

While the fries are baking, heat up the can of chili in a small saucepan on the stovetop.

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large oven-safe serving dish.

Pour the hot chili over the fries and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the sliced green onions and diced jalapenos (if using) over the top.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream (if desired) and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy your loaded chili cheese fries!

**Q: Im not a big fan of cheddar. Do you have an alternative for this?**

Yes, there are many other types of cheese that you can use instead of cheddar for your homemade fries. Here are a few options:

Mozzarella cheese: Mozzarella cheese has a mild, creamy flavor and melts easily, making it a great choice for topping homemade fries. It pairs well with a variety of toppings and seasonings, so you can customize your dish to your liking.

Parmesan cheese: If you're looking for a more savory, nutty flavor, try using grated Parmesan cheese on your fries. This cheese adds a salty kick and can be sprinkled over the top of your fries or mixed in with your toppings.

Gouda cheese: Gouda cheese has a rich, smoky flavor and melts well, making it a great choice for adding some depth to your homemade fries. It pairs particularly well with bacon or other smoky toppings.

Blue cheese: If you're a fan of strong, tangy cheeses, try using crumbled blue cheese on your fries. This cheese adds a bold, distinctive flavor that pairs well with toppings like bacon or caramelized onions.

Choose the cheese that best suits your taste preferences and enjoy your delicious homemade fries!

**Q: Sounds good. do you have some sidedishes to compliment this?**

Definitely! Here are a few side dishes that would pair well with the Parmesan truffle fries:

Grilled Vegetables: Grilled vegetables, such as asparagus, zucchini, and bell peppers, would be a great side dish to complement the rich and savory flavor of the Parmesan truffle fries. Simply toss the vegetables with some olive oil and grill them on a hot grill pan or outdoor grill until they are tender and slightly charred.

Caesar Salad: A crisp and refreshing Caesar salad would be a great side dish to balance out the richness of the fries. You can make a classic Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and a homemade Caesar dressing, or customize it with your favorite toppings, such as cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, or avocado slices.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts: Roasted Brussels sprouts make a great side dish for any meal, and they would be a perfect complement to the savory flavor of the Parmesan truffle fries. Toss the Brussels sprouts with some olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast them in the oven until they are tender and caramelized.

Garlic Bread: A warm and crusty garlic bread would be a delicious side dish to serve alongside the Parmesan truffle fries. Simply brush some sliced bread with garlic butter and bake it in the oven until it's golden brown and crispy.

I hope these suggestions help! Enjoy your meal!

As you can see it is all about *how* you ask the question. When I wasn't specific about that I wanted to use another cheese in this recipe it only gave suggestions, but not applicable to this specific recipe.

So....I started with the idea to use my leftover fries. And I ended up with parmasan truffle fries with salad on the side. I added some chicken in there as well and presto!
