The fundamental thing to develop a country is mainly the human resource and within it, the priority of its preparation and education is undoubted. The Venezuelan state to carry out this task, the natural right of the individual, has a diversity of educational institutions, educational units and student welfare and development programs, including the program all hands to plantings as an initiative to establish links with the pedagogical strategies based on agro-food and agroecology through the Integral Community Educational Project, Learning Project and Endogenous Development Project, to promote food production and values, as fundamental elements within the Venezuelan educational system.

It is worth noting that much of the responsibility for the execution of the different educational programs rests with the managers of educational institutions, who must implement mechanisms through comprehensive community educational planning to carry out said program that not only promotes a new sowing process of a certain item of agricultural production, but also in the sowing of values, of a new way of life, which aspires harmony between human beings and nature. It assumes the transition from the agrochemical to the agroecological approach, to achieve a "healthy, safe, sovereign and tasty" diet.
