While in Iceland, we had our evening meals at a nearby hotel and farmrestaurant,  Efstidalur II. The dining room has a large glass wall looking down into the feeding area and sleeping quarters of the cattle. They use the milk for their own ice cream, and the beef for the meals are all from their own stock.
